Account

Forgotten your password? No need to worry — resetting it on z7zzz is straightforward and the whole process takes under 5 minutes.

Step-by-step process:
  • Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field.
  • Enter the mobile number linked to your account and click the "Send OTP" button.
  • A 6-digit OTP will arrive by SMS within 1–2 minutes — enter it in the designated field.
  • Enter and confirm your new password. It must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.
  • Log in with your new password.
OTPs expire after 10 minutes, so use yours promptly once received. If your mobile number has changed, email support@z7zzz.click — your account can be recovered after identity verification.

You can update your personal information on z7zzz through Account Settings. However, some changes require verification for security purposes.

How to update your profile information:
  • Log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top right corner.
  • Select the "Account Settings" or "Edit Profile" option.
  • Edit your name, email, or date of birth, then click the "Save" button.
Changing your mobile number: To change your registered mobile number, you must verify via OTP on your old number and then verify the new number as well — this is mandatory for security. If you no longer have access to the old number, send your NID or proof of identity to support@z7zzz.click and the support team will assist you.

Please note that once KYC is completed, your name cannot be changed — it is tied to your payment records.

Security

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) means that even if someone knows your password, they still cannot access your account without your permission — because every login requires a one-time OTP sent to your mobile.

How to enable 2FA on z7zzz:
